FAQ

Common questions.

What currencies do you support?

Your wallet holds a single stablecoin balance — USDT today, on infrastructure built to support more — with payouts in 50+ local fiat currencies including INR, NGN, PHP, MXN, KES, and more.

Is there a minimum transfer amount?

Minimums vary by corridor — most routes start from around $10 USD equivalent. Your account can have its own limits, so confirm the ones that apply to you.

How fast do payouts arrive?

Most payouts settle in under two minutes. For corridors where that is not yet possible, we show the expected settlement time upfront — before you confirm, not after the transfer is sent.

Is there a sandbox I can test against?

Yes, and it needs no real money. Change the base URL to the sandbox host and everything else stays the same — same credentials, same payloads, same signing. Deterministic trigger codes let you reproduce any outcome on demand, including the failures, so you can test what happens when something goes wrong before it does.

What verification do you need from my business?

Business accounts need company registration documents and identity verification for the people behind the account — the standard checks any regulated payments provider has to run. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, so ask us what applies to yours before you gather anything.

Is there an API?

Yes — a REST API with webhook events for every status transition and idempotent processing safe to retry. Our documentation is served over MCP too, so AI coding tools can query it directly while they build against us. Everything in the dashboard is automatable.
